Assessment of Customer Satisfaction in Water Supply Service in Dar Es Salaam- Kigamboni

Abstract

Water supply is very important for the health and well-being of urban populations. In Tanzania's largest city, Dar es salaam, effective and reliable water supply services significantly affect the quality of life of its inhabitants. The aim of this research proposal is to assess customer satisfaction with water supply services in Dar es Salaam by identifying areas that need to be improved on and coming up with suggestions for improving service delivery.
