Respondents were chosen using a simple random sampling technique, and data for the study were collected by using questionnaire and analyzed quantitatively using

As a result, the study recommends that the University of Dodoma should enhance its efforts in consistently providing a broad spectrum of non-monetary rewards. These rewards may include recognition, training and development opportunities, involvement in decision-making at all organizational levels, improvements in working conditions, mentorship programs, wellness initiatives, and more.
