Abstract
Creativity and innovation are some of the skills that are essential in one's life especially for the students in different levels of education. These two terms are inborn or inherent but can be enhanced by encountering environment like in higher education institutions. Writing computer programs is said to be one of the enhancements of creativity and innovation due to its need for critical thinking. However, students' performance in programming at the College of Business Education (CBE) is alarmingly poor therefore indicating a low level of creativity and innovations. This paper aimed to form an experiment team for the masterly of C programming language through Online C-Programming Learning (OCPL) experiment. In the project, two programming teachers from the ICT and Mathematics department, 1 Moodle system administrator, and 20 studying diplomas in ICT students at CBE were involved. The two teachers created an online forum in the CBE Moodle system for students-teachers' online interaction and programming activities for one semester and evaluation was done. The results of the experiment showed a significant improvement in understanding, coding, and in the performance of C-Programming End of Semester examinations.
