The Efficacy of the Organizational Specifications Preparation Process. A Case of the Ministry of Finance and Planning.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to examine the efficacy of organizational specifications’ preparation processes in public organizations with the Ministry of Finance and Panning as a case. As ample of 52 respondents was involved. The findings revealed that well established specification process facilitates efficiency, economy and effectiveness in achieving desired procurement outcomes. The study finally made several recommendations for the attention of bureaucrats.
